Healthwatch Leicester and Leicestershire (HWLL) welcomes the publication of the latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection report on the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) community-based mental health services for adults of working age, which was rated ‘Requires improvement overall’ with ‘Good’ ratings for Safe, Effective and Caring and ‘Requires improvement’ for Responsive and Well-led. We have published a new Enter and View report sharing what people told us about Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés across Leicester and Leicestershire.

Our latest insight report explores the experiences of people living in supported living accommodation, alongside the views of their carers and families.
The report, ‘Your voices matter: Experiences of people in Supported Living’, brings together feedback from 50 people including 31 individuals using supported living services and 19 carers. Through visits, conversations and surveys, we heard directly about what is working well and where improvements are needed.
