24 Hours help

If you, or someone you care about, need urgent advice or support for your mental health, you can call the Mental Health Central Access Point 24 hours a day, seven days a week free of charge and in confidence.

 

Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés

You can visit your local Neighbourhood Mental Health café for advice and support.

NHS 111

You can call NHS 111 at any time and select the metal health option for 24/7 support over the phone. 

This service is free and confidential.
