Have your say on local GP services – take the Latham House patient survey

Patients registered with Latham House Medical Practice are being encouraged to share their feedback by completing a short patient survey. The survey asks patients to reflect on their experiences of accessing and using GP services at Latham House.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and covers key areas such as appointment booking, waiting times and overall satisfaction with the care received. Anonymous results will be used to shape future services for people across Melton and surrounding areas.

Why your feedback matters

Latham House serves tens of thousands of local patients and is central to healthcare in Melton Mowbray and Asfordby. With one GP practice serving a large and growing community, residents’ experiences are a vital part of ongoing efforts to improve access, quality and patient satisfaction.
